Clinic Update - Optimistic Opening, Exercise Classes and COVID Care Collection.

It’s been over a month and a half now, how are you all doing?

  • Are you self isolating all alone (and tired of the company?) or self isolating with your two toddlers (and tired of the company??)

  • Have you been keeping with a routine, or just letting each day unfold as it happens? (usually toddler meltdown time is a scheduled event at our house)

  • Is your fitness regimen going up or downhill?

  • Are you not missing the things you thought you would and missing things you never even used to think of?

We are hanging in, thanks for asking!

Clinic Reopening

Optimistically, we are planning (hoping) for a reopening date of May 19th. We expect some provisions to be made and will take direction from the Nova Scotia College of Chiropractors as details unfold.

In the meantime we know many of you are missing our services. You are still invited to reach out to us for a virtual consultation free of charge, we are able to provide these as long as there is a declared state of emergency in Nova Scotia. We are also still seeing patients on an emergency basis, so give us a call.

Online Classes

We will be offering online 30-minute fitness classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am. We know some of you may not be as active as you were pre-COVID and we want to get moving with you. These classes totally free, however if you care to provide an honorarium in exchange, we will accept it, the honorarium will go to the “Island Chiropractic rent initiative ” (we need to cover 25% of the rent that is still due). Please send us an email and we will send you the link for the class and the instructions on how to log into the class.

COVID Care Collection

Finally, our Covid Care Collection is available for a limited time only. These packages offer ridiculous value and support a locally owned business. The packages range in pricing from $25-$210 and more information on them can be found here.

See you real soon.

Although we have no reason to explain why, we do feel like there less time ahead of us than behind us and if we can all just hang in there a little longer, hopefully soon we will be able to hug out loved ones, have family dinners, or shop the aisles of our beloved farmers’ market.

Stay healthy.
