Weekly schedule:
Monday at 10 AM: Stretch & Breathe
Start your week with gentle stretching and guided breathing exercises. This class helps reduce tension, improve posture, and boost relaxation. Perfect for anyone who wants to move with more ease and feel calmer throughout the day.
Tuesday at 10 AM: Strength & Mobility for Healthy Aging (55+)
Strong muscles and flexible joints are key to independence and longevity. This class combines functional strength training with mobility exercises to help you move with confidence—whether it’s climbing stairs, carrying groceries, or playing with the grandkids.
Wednesday at 10 AM: Cross Training (Cardio, Kettlebells & Therabands)
Get your heart pumping and muscles working with this fun, energizing full body workout! Using kettlebells, resistance bands, and cardio tracks, this session helps improve cardiovascular health, endurance, and strength in a safe, supportive setting.
Friday at 10 AM: Chair Yoga
End your week with balance and calm. Chair yoga makes yoga accessible for all levels, improving flexibility, stability, and mindfulness without the need to get down on the floor. A perfect way to restore energy and reduce stress before the weekend.
